God yes.... I did that and fractured it... the worst pain I have had except for getting my wisdom teeth removed.

Nope, not true. All together, I have broken toes 5 times, complete with lots of bruising and swelling, but many other injuries hurt worse [ and take longer to heal! ]
Of course, pain is subjective, so you have to take someone else's word for it, unless you are interested in having EVERY injury done to you!

yeah it hurts a lot!! i broke my little pinky toe and i couldnt even wear those sandal things!!! i had to walk barefoot ...
