Keeping in mind that scientists have said that altering the past through something like a time machine would change history forever, what event or occurance would you change that happened in the past?

i wouldn't- every single action is so diverse, we don't know if a small thing we do differently will change big things. besides, how would you know you're going back into the same universe?? it's called the splinter theory.... you can either go right or left. if you go left, the universe splits off into a left-going universe. if you go right, it splits off into one where you went right. if you turn around and go back, there's a universe for that too. so any changes you'd make probably have already happened, and the effects are happening now. (in a different universe, of course). so if you could find the universe you want, where the event happened differently, you wouldn't have to change anything.

I wouldn't change anything. Its too dangerous. I might go back to the 50's and buy a bunch of baseball cards and comic books and bring them back for the money.

I would not try to go back and try to change the things from the past. One of the reasons is because the things that happened, i couldn't prevent. another reason is because, the things that i went through i learned things from. so why try to change any opf it?

I would go back in time to change something and then come back. I would like to go back to my 11th grade in high school. But I want to know everything that I do now.

if per say the whole adam and eve thing is considered history, i would go back and makke adam eat the apple or at least force the guys who wrote the story to write it that way. I think it would be crazy to see what would happen if it was men who were oppressed throughout history and if women ruled the world.

well, i sure as hell wouldn't do something to prevent a war or anything. ppl are stupid, wars will continue to happen.

but on topic: I'd go back to when I was 13, and stop myself from eating all that junk food back then. :)
