Please all of you agree with me.

Indian team doesnt need coach, see how players have no tension on the ground. Yeh sab man maujee hain, inko bataney kee zaroorat naheen. Let them play as they want, if you tell them any theme they will not play what they know

There are good chances that without coach they can do better. Because everyone is turram khan, all rich models, they dont want to be supervise by these coaches.

So chappell when see nothing is happening of his caliber, he started taking revenge and he succeeds by destroying team India, it will still take 2-3 years to come back in any top ranks.

I do not think that Greg Chappel was a worst coach.Only problem was that he tried to be strict and enforce his authority, which was not liked by some players, especially some of the senior players, which adversely affected the performance of the team.

Greg Chappel not only a bad Coach, he was cynic and He tried to destroy the morals of many players very tactfully. His country, Australia even did not shown faith on him. He is a totally failed coach. Only one thing he has done very successfully- He extracted handsome amount (more than core) from BCCI.

Greg was not a bad coach. The worst coach is going to be the next one who replaces him.

Welll...surely debatable...but the thing remains that if u want to work for betterment u gotta: (a) lose your own ego (b) acknowledge that there is a system in place and you are a part of it and (c) try to get the the best out of the available resurces instead of lamenting about what you dont have...

thats wat chappell didnt do and hence his "resignation"
