If you are breastfeeding then the stools should be a seedy and yellow in color. As long as the BM is not really watery (like urine) then the baby is fine. Most breastfed babies don't go that much, but he may just be eating a lot=)
If you are concerned call your doctor.

I breast fed my two sons and found that at that age they used to poo after or during every feed. Your baby is unlikely to have diarrhoea, young babies have very soft poo. If your baby seems otherwise healthy and is not being sick he is probably fine.
If you are really concerned you can always pop along to hospital. They would rather you be there checking than at home with a child worrying, especially if there is anything wrong.

Exclusively breast fed babies dont easily get diarrhea. If they do it is very runny, and full of mucus.

Little poops through out the day are pretty normal. A lot of babies, even though theyre breastfed poop like machines. Others only poop every few days.

Check him for fever, make sure he's not lethargic, check if his soft spot is sunken in. If anything seems amiss take him to the doctor. Otherwise I wouldnt stress it.

Keep yourself hydrated, and nurse whenever he's hungry.

Is it watery or seedy? If there hasn't been a change in the consistency, just the frequency, things should be fine. If it is watery, you need to make sure he isn't getting dehydrated. A simple way to check on a baby that age is to gently feel his soft spot. If it is "sunkin" in a little, he might be getting dehydrated. If you think he might be getting dehydrated, call the doc and let them advice you. Good luck :)

It is completely normal for a breastfed baby to poop after every feeding, which could be up to 10 times a day. The poop is soft, slimy, yellow and easy to pass. Dont be allarmed, it is normal.

I breastfed my son and he used to poop after almost every feeding, my daughter who is exclusively breastfed will go once or twice a day, sometimes go days without pooping, every baby is different. If it's still seedy, yellowish and it's been like that all along I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Unless it's green and stinks, it's not diarrhea.
My daughter would poop after ever feed!
It's okay, at least it shows that his bowels work :)
