im workin out for football season. in conditioning we do a lot of the machines and stuff. im new to all this, and feel weak compared to my team mates. can you please give me some exercises i can do at home that will make me stronger? thanks

Do push up, sit up reps alternate with each other til you burn out.

hold the pushup position for as long as possible d it in the mirrior or do a handstand facing the wwall
