Virutal Memory is the space on your hard drive that is used as memory if your PC starts to run low. You can increase the amount of virtual memory by the following way:
1) go to Control Panel
2) go to System
3) Click on Advanced tab
4) click on the "Settings" button in the Performance section on the Advanced tab
5) click on Advanced tab
6) There is a "Virtual Memory" section toward the bottom of the window click the "Change" button to increase the amount of space you want to use as a paging file.
7) There is an Initial Size and Maximum Size fields where you can specify the amount you want to use.

That means that you are VERY low on hard drive space. Delete files you don't need. You might also want to upgrade to more RAM, and possible a larger hard drive.

yes the hard drive with windows os on is running low on space so buy a new drive more space an take everything off the windows apart from os obviously, drive an put it on the new one

go to tools --->internet options ---> delete cookies/ temp. files/ or delete all.. that will give you more space for a long time
