20x^8 / 4x^2 = 5x^6
12x^4 / 4x^2 = 3x^2

It is very simple.
Firstly we will do:
20x^8/4x^2 = 5x^6 [ By division, and a^m*a^n=a^(m+n) ]..........(1)
Secondly:
12x^4/4x^2 = 3x^2 [ Same as above.]....................(2)
Then we can add (1) and (2)
5x^6 + 3x^2 = x^2(5x^4 + 3)
