Tip: Kitty litter is good for the oil dry the service station use
If you own a pressure water,apply a hydrocarbon mitigation agent then use a hard bristle brush and rise with the pressure washer. remember,when possible, HOT water always works best( up to190 degrees Fahrenheit

Depending upon the type of stain you are cleaning (supposing this stain is grease %oil based in nature, by your identified location) I would simply use NAPTHA.
Simply pour some naptha on it and broom the dissolved liquid outdoors.

My parents make me do this...ughh I hate it....But I sweep it with a push broom them bleach the floor with a wire brush broom.....Hope I helped!
