Kallis got out early and paved the way to humuliating defeat.
now world knows that not only Bangladesh but also india can
beat current south african side.
this team is going down, not like past glorious Hansie Cronje's team. iguess they are like west indies now.
but it will take long time to rise up again.

South Africa are a strong team but sadly they are a not such a good team when put under different kind of conditions..Like in the West Indies, where the pitches were slow and low, they struggled.. So it is wrong to blame individuals, its the team which has to perform and South Africa are already looking at solutions to their problems like trying to field new spinners and stuff...Pls note that they are not that old in the modern cricket...Theyr've only been here for around 15 years and have become a potent force..so hopefully (for the game's sake i.e.) they will be there...and be a competition to the all conquering Austrailia..

Look all players go through this, sometimes they play well and somtimes they don't. I think that they have made great contributions to South Africa's success in cricket. No way!, this is not the end of South Africa, in fact it's just the begining. All they need is more effort in their middle order batting and more bowling variety.

One cannot expect a player to perform the same level throughout his carreer. There will be good and bad times in the carreer of a player, which is happening in the case of the players listed by you.

Kallis was the man who won the 1st ODI against India.
So it is unfair to put Kallis in that list.
