a C jump is a jump where you make your body a C.
jump up and put your head back and bend your legs. try to touch your feet to your head. there you have a C jump.
I see others have told you of the other jumps. =D

Toe Touch
Spirit Jump
Side Hurtler (also known as a herkie)
Front Hurkie
Double Nine
And a "C" jump is actually a jump done in dance. It is when you jump and throw both your legs and upper body backwards so that you for a "c" with your body.

Well, I don't think I've ever heard of a "c" jump, but I can tell you some of the jumps that my cheer team does:
-Toe Touch
-Hurdler (left or right)
-Herkie (left or right)
-Pike
-Double Hook
-Double Nine (the weirdest jump I've ever seen)
-Tuck
This page has some pretty good explanations of the jumps:

-toe touch
-pike
-double nine
-banana(similar to the "c" but the opposite way)
-hook
and a "c" jump is when u jump and bring your legs and arms near each other so they kinda make a "c" formation. look at images if you dont understand this
