With the grueling Italian Serie A and Spanish Primera Leagua season over both Kaka and Ronaldinho had requested CBF and Dunga to exempt them from participating in the Copa.

They asked Dunga to not select them for the National team because they want time off for Vacation.
And to be honest they deserve it,.....
Ronaldinho has not had much rest for a good while....

2005-06 season....Won La Liga and the Champions League
2006 Summer....World Cup
2006 late Summer...played for Barcelona on their tour of the USA
2006-07 season....La Liga came down to the final day which ended 2 weeks ago.....
Kaka is in a similar boat.....

Because they asked for not to go, Ronaldinho said that to get a better level he needs to rest. Kaka was the first that asked to Dunga, and Dunda says that was ok, but then, Ronaldihno asked the same, and that was when it became a problem.

both Kaka & Ronaldinho had a gruelling season in Europe with their respective clubs & so both of them are not featured for BRAZIL in the 2007 CONMEBOL Copa America squad.

Tired from playing too much. 2005-2006 season along with the World Cup, they've been playing basically for 2 years without a lengthy break. they asked for time off to prepare for the new season. it really affected Ronaldhino, Kaka was still brilliant!

because they wee tired.its true.for kaka and ronaldihno 2006-07 had been very tired seasons.world cup champions league etc.kaka has played in every match of milan and brazil

there lazy and decided to stay in there mansions soewere in the cities of europe in other words because messi and robinho are playing and they have all been doing the same friggen thing!
