My nails are very weak especially when i wet them,I have to when it comes to chores like washing dishes (Yes,I am aware that I can wear gloves.)
I've been wearing this nail polish I believe it's made of garlic and it's to make your nails harder and stronger.Their some what growing yet they look yellow could this be the effect of the nail polish?

Certain nail polishes (especially dark colors) can turn your nails yellow. Your best bet is to stop wearing polish for a little while, and cut them short. Over time the yellow will go away, and keeping them short will keep them from bending and breaking. After giving your nails some breathing room, try a nail strengthening/hardening polish like from Sally Hanson.

I really have no idea why your nails would be that way. I don't know how I would help, I just wanted to say that thats a little weird!

That could be a fungus under your nails.
