a) Organize a Party. The investment is not very expensive, and the returns could be good.

b) Buy a nice Painting and sell at auction.

c) Buy a car and resale it. Or ask the owner a commission if you sale his/her car.

d) Organize one day expedition to a nice place, with good food.
