Hmm... sounds like spyware or adware has taken over your IE. Do you have any antivirus or sypware installed?

Download and install Nod32 at www.nod32.com. It's a 30 day trial version but should be more than enough time to clean up your system. After update of virus database online, scan your PC and delete all files detected by the program as spyware / adware / viruses / worms / trojans.

After that your PC should be working normally again.

My guess would be you have a virus, adware or spy-ware on your pc. Check what programs you have installed, uninstall anything that shouldn't be there. Try spy-bot search and destroy/lava-soft ad-aware for the spy-ware, c cleaner for a good registry/junk cleaner and i am sure you have a anti virus program on your pc if you don't try avg free. Think of what you were doing right before the pc went weird, maybee it is some random download, program or email that caused this to happen. I hope this helps i know there are many anti-virus spy-ware programs but there ones i mentioned are all free and i use them, so it gives you a quick solution.Just google the names of the programs to download

You may have a virus or spyware, run a virus scan and use a spyware cleaner on the system

Sounds like spyware. Here are a couple of programs that will search for the bad stuff and remove it.
