I dropped a 200 pound box on my toe and its been bleeding for 3 days. Its all black underneath. It doesnt hurt anymore unless I apply pressure to it. Is there anyway it will not fall off? and If so, What can I do to ensure I don't lose the nail?

I have lost toenails. They grow back. You can't prevent it from falling off. Just keep it clean and dry.

Nope. you're gonna loose it..........
I had a similar incident last year.
Try papertaping around the nail, all the way around the toe to keep the nail in place.
I did this until most of the new nail had grown in underneath and this helped prevent a lot of pain.

even if the nail falls off, another will grow to replace it. The root of the nail is attached to the bone, and it is almost impossible to stop them growing. If the nail doesn't fall off the discoloration will grow out as the nail grows out. Just be patient.

It would probably be best if you did let the nail fall off and regrow, if the nail fails off on its own that means that it is dead and needs to regrow itself. Keepin the nail on my any means will only agitate your toe because it is dead and could get infected.
