Open the folder in which you wish to create a new folder. Click "File" and the choose "New" and then Folder. Or, right click in an open area in the folder that you just opened and slide your curser down to "New" and the slide over and up to "New Folder".

Select FILE -> NEW -> FOLDER -> in the NAME box add your new folder name, then in the "select where to place folder" double click on the already made folder.

At the top of the program you are using click File and click New and click folder. Right click over the folder and rename it to what ever you want it to be.

open the ready made folder . go to file - new - select folder ..... give a name to the new folder ..
