possible you have a leaking fuel injector(s) that leak fuel on top of the piston(s) while the car sits overnight, causing a rich condition on startup. Another possibility is that your coolant temp sensor is sending an incorrect signal, causing your comp to start with an incorrect fuel trim, which is adjusted to correct reading by oxygen sensors after startup. do you have any smoke on startup?

Fuel injection cleaner is good to put in the gas occasionally. Let it warm up a little when it's cold.

Needs a tune up. Sounds like maybe the fuel injectors are clogged.
