My period last month consisted of little bleeding but mostly of dried blood. It lasted a while longer than my normal period too. I just started my period again this month and it too is consisting of almost no bleeding but mainly of dried blood.

I've been very stressed recently (as I was last time) and aobut a week before my period I was having trouble eating. This has passed but a coworker of mine siggested the trouble eating was a side effect of stress. Could my period problem be a side effect of severe stress as well or is it commonplace with a more serious issue?

I haven't been having any pain or anything. I've never had cramps when I menstruate and that hasn't changed. The only thing that's different is the dried blood and the length last month.

it is very likely just a side effect of the stress you were under, I wouldn't worry about it.

A womans body is really temperamental, a period can change depending on a lot of things, eating, stress, etc...

What you need to use to figure this out is a few things, are you sexual active? Did you have sex before this? Have you been Sick lately... a lot can figure this...

Personally its only been 2 times, i wouldn't worry too much, it just sounds like spotting... however if you were having a lot of cramping and other pain and discomfort while it happened, I'd deff. go see a docter...

Absolutely....stress affects your menstrual cycle in many ways. Little or heavy flows can be triggered by stress. I don't think you have anything to worry about. Just concentrate on trying to relax more and eat foods that are good for you.

You should definately see a doctor. One month is one thing but two in a row could be significant.

there are many issues associated to this. Endometriosis gives out clots during menstration too. Check out with your gynae, who can do a proper assessment on you.

It is probably just stress. Talk to your doctor if you are nervous.
