Not intentionally. George W. Bush is the funniest right-winger and he doesn't know it. The rest of the neocons have little or no discernible sense of humor.
[edit]
think_richly, Stephen Colbert is just pretending to be a right-winger to poke fun at them. The side-splittingly hilarious thing about it is that some people can't tell the difference. If anything, he makes more sense than the real right-wing commentators.

Stephen Colbert on Colbert Report... well, I'm not quite sure he's on the 'right', but seems to support the 'right'.

Carlos Mencia leans fairly right sometimes, and he can still be pretty funny.
Of course he steals routines from Cosby and Prior, but who doesn't?

No. Coulter is now trying to be one, but the problem is she marketed herself as a journalist, not as a comedienne.
