back pains ouchh!!?

Question

i have this huge knot on my back (4) and cant get it out i tried to get it out with everything i worck with computers and thats what my doc. says is the prob i dont care i need the money so i aint ganna stop. it herts alot!!!!!!!iv tried getting a masage from a pro then i got 1 from my boyfreind,uncle,causin,mom,dad,and like everyone in my family i need help can you? im begging you pleazzzze help me!!!!!! all the answers you come up with i appritiate!!!!

Could be a pulled muscle. I would definitely recommend getting another opinion and preferably from someone that does not share the same office as the dr that you saw about this problem.
