we r going camping and need to have the c pap sleep machine running all night but dont want to leave the car on!

You will need an electric inverter to convert the voltage to 120VAC. You will also need to go to the fuse block and find a circuit that is hot at all times and wire the inverter to that point. Make sure that the circuit you wire to, can handle the current that the inverter will pull.

unless you have a 8D (power unit battery that holds up to 430RC, to have an idea how big is the battery is like 2.5ft long 1.2long and 1tall) battery you will kill your car battery if you don't let the car on! !
go directly to the battery you are done, i guess the machine you are attempting to connect consumes about 10amps so.... your car battery will last about 4 hours and then die

Put the switch in the accessory position you will get power that way

you mean hot wireing? u want to steal a car? any way wat u do is open the hood of the car and put the red wire with the green one and hold it togethor and rub until the car starts.
