Do fingerprint tests reveal when (the date or time)that person had contact w/ that object?

No, but from the amount of oil that is left in the fingerprint, they can probably estimate whether the print is freshly made or made a few days ago.

No. It will give or show whose fingerprints was being marked on that object.

some times that can be determined by acidity in the oil
