The fastest rapper on Earth has got to be "Stephon El Supremeo" who performs on K Street in Downtown Washington, DC, almost every night. He is so fast he is
seldom ever able to calm down after one of his gigs for
at least 45 minutes to an hour. He is so fast peoples caint
even clap dere hands to the music. In fact, sometimes he just shuts off the music and raps by himself.
There was a wrapper in the Wal Mart store last Christmas over there in Fairfax, VA, that tried to go fast like El Supremeo. But she didn't come close.

you mean "Who is the fastest rapper on the earth?" do your self a favor and start listening to some real music, like rock, rap is just people talking fast, it takes no skill at all.
