because as we all very well know - president bush has a DUI on his record.

and as we all very well know, vice president cheney, while drunk, mistook a 78 year old lawyer for a small bird and shot his face off and then illegally hid behind the secret service in order to avoid standing accountable for his actions.

most if not every state have made DUI laws tough,

and he isnt just a bloated alcoholic, he murdered that chick driving into the Chappaquiddick river,,,,
