Yes it can. I am proof, I had mine reversed in march of this year and becasue my husband has top of the line medical insurance it was paid for in FULL and not one cent came from my pocket. I also had gastric bypass surgery Fab of last year and that was paid for in full by my husbands insurance, Hubby and I have been TTC for 3 months now. good luck to anyone who is thinking or going to have a tubal ligation reversal.

Yes it can be reversed, but only about 50% success of pregnancy afterward. In Vitro Fertilization costs about the same, and has a better success rate in females who have had a pregnancy prior to tubal ligation.

Sometimes it can be, but it is not always the case, I believe 20% maybe from what I've heard over the years.
