If it's "urgent", just get yourself 50 bucks and go to a strip club. Flash some bills and you'll attract attention quick.
If you need something a little more permanent, it's not going to happen "urgently".

I like the running through the street naked idea, I think that would work pretty good, maybe douse yourself with gas and light yourself up? I bet that would really turn heads!
