I think the thing you are overlooking is that BOTH of these Presidents and our career Congressmen have an agenda that finally more and more Americans are becoming aware of.
NAFTA-CAFTA-SPP-NAU & the Iraq and Afghanistan wars are a tool in U.S. led corporate globalization at the extremely high expense of the average citizen and actually many countries and people of the world!
Our government has been bought by big business!!
Of course the people in government aren't going to admit that ....it still remains true however!!
To address your concern of the difference between Democrats and Republicans in this .....that really only comes to play in social domestic policies.
There you'll see a difference.
But on matters of foreign policy it is the same for both....economic globalization!!
So the question is do you want a President who takes the U.S. closer to Socialism or one who brings us closer to Fascism through Domestic policy?
Because Democracy in Foreign policy matters in the U.S. has already been sold!
Now it's just a matter of how to manage the citizens of the U.S.
EDIT: And just as an aside.....go back and really take an honest look at GW's military record...you won't find any 'honor' there!
He was a much a dodger as Clinton and many other officials in our government!!

first of all, the two events are hypocritical, while balancing national affairs, it truly is variety of difficult to no longer be. And approximately tax cuts to the wealthy: rich human beings do no longer shrink national debt, the middle classification does. we are dwelling in a capitalistic society so we are based on sole proprietorships and small partnerships that create greater jobs and pass greater money, no longer large firms that hire much less costly hard artwork and pollute foreign places international locations that are much greater polluted then we are. study it pal, firms like Wal-mart are the reason at the back of the deep recession that we are in top now. the fees of our imports exceed the cost we make from our exports, that alongside with undesirable financial coverage judgements by ability of REPUBLICAN presidents are the only motives we are in a greater melancholy than the large melancholy (melancholy in it truly is political sense-a debt lasting longer than 6 months) So helping tax cuts for the wealthy isn't hypocritical, it truly is logical.

This was a perfect essay on the libs...something tells me you'll hear a lot of attacks on you and the question from the libs, but very little or no responses on the facts you lay out....because there IS no response they could give except to attack you....Yes libs are hypocrites, and I don't like using that word ....they present themselves as all inclusive, all caring and so on until you don't see the world through their warped beliefs....then they come at you with all claws and fangs exposed....they hate a two way debate when they don't get their way scream NOT FAIR!!!....bunch of Sissy's.

Both extremes are evil as they encourage people to merely vote their way and parrot their view rather than making their own decisions.
Honor and dignity though? When did allowing the VP to override everyone become honorable? Bush is just Grant Round II. Youll never find me saying that Clinton is perfect, he killed the balance of foreign trade, he lied under oath, etc. However that does not excuse Bush.

This is hypocrisy:
The Republicans SAY that they stand for smaller government, strong defense, family values, fiscal responsibility, and law and order. The last four years show that is not really the case any more. The reality is that they have increased the government’s size with the homeland security department, practically broken the military with the war and occupation in Iraq, run up huge debts and bills to China, and now they’re showing how they really feel about law and order (the concept, not the TV show).

I'm sorry.. I'm still laughing at the honor and dignity in the White House under Bush part. I mean really.. by right wing logic if you have done nothing wrong then you have nothing to hide right? (quoted from so many in reference to the wireless wire tapping) so why does he refuse to hand over Federally subpoenaed documents?
as for the rest of it, you could turn each and everyone of those around, insert the word republicans instead of democrats in your opening statement and the whole thing is just as true.
accept the fact that everyone is a hypocrite.. yes even yourself, even me.. and you may be able to pull yourself above the game.

hatred..creates a real disconnection with reality
you see them make so many errors..and poorly defined
points..that are just a lack of education..
like submitting the Senate isn't a part of Congress
or that Bush enforces the law..like a Cop or the IRS
they are generally uninformed.
just like the nincumpoop that says Clinton wasn't disbarred..

well a radical like you will call me a liberal (even though i'm about $6 trillion dollars a year more conservative than our liar in chief) however:
i never voted for clinton.
i thought his phony jobs program was utter b.s.
nafta is and disaster.
and he wasn't all that good with the environment.
but cons don't want to hear voices like mine.
i also remember that clinton was crucified by the media for 8 years - far worse than anything bush has had to endure - at least so far.
but again, lunatic and radical cons want to rewrite even recent history.
as they stray further and further from the herd daily...
