My doctor told me after I miscarried that for the following 4 months I was VERY VERY VERY fertile. So, yes you can.

Well no not right away.. it takes your body time to recover and to get back to normal before you will probably get pregnant again.. some women it can be as little as 3 or 4 months and for some women it can be as long as a year later.. that's just the physical part, emotionally you may not be ready for a while. It's a very devastating experience to lose a child and it takes time to grieve. I would suggest waiting about 6 months to give yourself time and then start trying again.. But you should also talk to your doctor about the reason why you miscarried and make sure that it woun't happen again.. maybe you need to make some adjustments to your lifestyle or start taking medications to help you keep your next pregnancy healthy.. Oh yes, and from what I understand it is fairly easy for it to happen. When you have a miscarriage the doctor "cleans" everything so there is not a lot to block the way of sperm. This is the same for people who just gave birth.

There's usually no medical reason why you can't, but it's recommended you wait a few months just because of the emotional upset related to a miscarriage.

ofcourse hun, i had a miscarriage on march.. and i am pregnant now, i am so sorry for your loss.. but its ok.. take your time until you recover from it mentally and physically and then start TTC again.. for me,, i had to get pregnant as fast as i could, i wanted to have the feeling again, i asked my doc if i can get pregnant just after one cycle, and my doc said absolutly, as long as you feel you are mentally fine.. i am 10 weeks now, i am scared as hell, that it happens again.. but so far everything is good..

i dont think its possible to get pergent. but you can get pregnant after a miscarraige

Yes you can get PREGNANT after having a miscarriage and sometimes much easier than before you had the miscarriage but please use spell check or don't even bother trying to reproduce....
