I don't think it would be mind blowing....many already know there is life after death without needing a so called proof...
If you gave a proof of some sort to those that need it to believe in such, I still don't think it would be mind blowing....it's human nature to deal more with the now....
Mind blowing is how everyone knows that cigarettes are actual poison, yet they still smoke them. Even when the packs have warnings of cancer & death....That's mind blowing....
People who rape or kill others, yet they would never want such to happen to their loved ones & couldn't possibly bare it if such did happen to a loved one...that's mind blowing...
Husbands and Wives that throw it all away for a useless affair....mind blowing.
Employees that steal leaving a paper trail, mind blowing....
Cops shooting black men with wallets, candy bars or nothing in their hands 50+ times, mind blowing.....
Unprotected sex with people you happen to hook up with in this day & age of disease, mind blowing....
Our hard earned 'tax' dollars paying for convicted criminals to have cable, gym, meal choices and education......mind blowing.....
Convicted murderers, rapists, child molestors having protected rights....mind blowing....
Parents abusing and killing their beautiful children, mind blowing......
People still supporting Bush & his pack of crap & lies for this war......FREAKING MIND BLOWING......
The news anchors reporting devasting crimes and terrible accidents while still smiling, mind blowing......
People making six figure salaries that don't know how to use basic word & excel, mind blowing......
So no, Life after death, not mind blowing to me.

The doubtfulness about the life after death gives our mind room to breath and accommodate faith, but if we knew for sure, as we know that there is Australia in the southern hemisphere, that there is a certain life after death the mind would go potty, as there would be no choice left but certainty of logical facts.
Whereas, the beauty of life is that we do not know much, but we still have faith and we hope. We have nothing in terms of certain knowledge that there are universes, or worlds, aside the one that we physically inhabit now. This brings out all the best in us: the best of our imagination, our fantasies, our dreams and speculations. If there be, let us suppose, certainty about the matter under consideration here then the mind of our dreams, fantasies, expectations and speculation all would crumble and fall at the feet of then newly learnt reality of our existence.
They say that Isaac Newton when explain the phenomena of rainbow, as merely the dispersion of light, a physical fact, perfectly scientifically explainable, Wordsworth, the poet, resented the fact he did. Newton had taken away a dream from the mind. And the same is true with the incident of man landed upon the surface of the Moon, a violation of an object of love and beauty.
But the proof of life after death is not as easy to come by as going to the Moon, or taking snapshots of distant galaxies, or discovering bones of Dinosaurs to prove the theory of natural evolution. To provide a proof this would be like taking the mind to quite another world, an alien world, and a world that has origins of all our dreams and fantasies and beyond.
However, as a simple answer to your question is: if some does prove that there is life after death it would simply be mind blowing, if there will be any mind left to blow that is as everyone who would know would not waste their time here ... or, would they?

I don't think heaven is so far off from each one of us. I think we see it in our imagination, a place where we can live the life we imagine instead of being so tied down to having to have this or that to do anything. If we want our cat there, we just think, picture, imagine cat and there he or she is. Imagine ourselves at sixteen and all our friends. Who says we aren't doing that now, but more out of our control. How did the rich spiritual leader look up from the grave, or what have you, see Lazurus and ask for water? We will mostly do good, as we have already tried bad, didn't like the reslults, and gave it up. The Law of Attraction will be in full effect. It's nothing outside of our awareness now, just no body, pure thought, in effect. Not strange, just more of what we can already imagine. I suppose that's why it needed no description. Got to go with the evidence and we have no other. "The spirit of truth will lead you into all truth, even the deep things of God." So we should be able to imagine heaven. Only God, we can't conceive because He was and is not conceived, but is the great conceiver. Well? Good for me until I know better. Why not? Just a little inductive leap a thousand years into the future or a million. That kind of explains how hell is real and made up at the same time like all the other good paradoxi life is made up out of. That explains the sayings "little lower than the angels", no time or space, it's all happening now and everything came out of nothing, except possibly something like ideas or the mind of God.

This is an area where people must learn for themselves. If scientists could prove it, there would still be a lot of people who would discount it.
I don't need any scientific proof myself because my father and uncle have both proved it to me.
By the way, it is not exactly life. There is no physical form. The soul continues. The big question for me is where do all those souls go? Where is heaven? I suspect it is the magnetic field of our planet, but I don't know. It will be fun finding out.

Ok..so there was this guy a really long time ago that got some dudes in the local government real upset with him. When things were really coming to a head, he went out for dinner with a dozen or so of his buds. He told them that he was pretty sure they were gonna get him, in fact one of you guys are gonna snitch. He told his buds not to worry, cuz he was gonna be back in a few (like 3 maybe) days. They're like ..yeah, fa shizzel...So the government guys did get him. When his buds came back to pay their props, he was GONE!! Later, they was in a house and he walked right in...talkes with em for a while. He mentioned something about goin to see his dad and that he would be back, but it would be a while, so we all should be cool. So ya see, the proof is already there...and it IS mind blowing that we all have an opportunity to live again.

I'm going with a weird answer for this one:
If I could prove you would be alive tomorrow would it be mind blowing? No, and so my answer is no.
Life after death affects our life more because we do not know. It makes us question what we believe.

Although I don't think it can be proven, I will say it has been experienced.
The main difference between Christianity and Ancient Indian Wisdom is their assertion of who and what constitutes Reality. Christianity's entire basis revolves around their belief that Christ is Lord, and the only way to the Lord. Indian Wisdom, found in the Upanishads, Baghavad Gita, and early forms of Buddhism, state their conviction that "Atman equals Brahman," that atman, being the smallest essence of a human being, is equal to Brahman, the absolute, highest essence of reality. So in other words, an Indian mystic would say "your soul is reality," to anyone interested in hearing the truth (1).
Now, turn back to Christianity which posists Christ as the only Lord of Reality. If the ancient mystics adopted this belief, they would essentially declare that "your soul is not reality," but "jesus's soul is reality." So in other words, my atman, your atman, and everyone elses atman is not Brahman, but, of course, Jesus's atman is brahman. This is not only highly erroneous and dangerously egoitistical, but a slap in the face to anyone who believes and follows in the truth. Not only will Christians never find the God outside of themselves, but they will never look for Him inside of themselves, because their church tells them not to. Will Christians change this doctrine of theirs, or are they too terrified of the truth? Regardless, the fact remains that Jesus Christ is not just the Lord, but he is actually you. You are that same essence. Meditate on this and you will realize it yourself. No need for my words to tell you so.

yes, it has happened for me, & it was amazing..I finally put all my questions about death & afterlife to rest ...
although I don't have actual physical proof, becuase I'd have to be pretty psychic to be able to look into other worlds....I do trust the source of which I received the info & it resonated with my truth.
If you are intersted please email me...
xxGigi
PS>How could anyone prove it to us? Unless, they actually physically showed us photos? or took our hands & took us there? how exactly?...for me, reading & thinking about it is enough proof...
people (i'm not pointing fingers at you!) genrally ask for proof, but are themselves too lazy to research & expect people to run around & show them proof! mediums who communicate with poeple who have passed over are mostly crooks 9even so they give evidential proof/info that shows they could not have known these facts about the pweson), books are fabrocations of imagination...so what kind of proof are they looking for? I'm sorry if I sound negative but I'm not saying you are this way but alot of others here who expect people to "prove" things for them....

Yes, people would not be so insecure, and they would spend more time trying to enjoy life in the present, instead of being upset and worrying about the future.
