For your information, i asked this because some people can hate persons like racism.
In Argentina, there is a small village called Villa General Belgrano, where there have been Germanians. At the conmemorating the day of the borning of the argentina flag (it has other name that i don't remember), these Germanians burned the Argentina Flag and put on the Germany Flag.

I would walk up and offer a hand shake and say hi. I don't really care where they are from. People are people, and until given a reason not to be, I will be hospitable!

My reaction would be the same as it is to all nationalities. If they are self supporting, nice people, who respect our country and laws, I would welcome them. If they started waving the Argentina flag in protest to something they didn't like about the US, I'd say go home and make your own country better.
