I can't get my birth certificate from my mother. I want to leave this place A.S.A.P.

no new identify unless you go thru alot of trouble with courts and court cost to petition to change your name. They way to get your birth certificate is simple. Go to the courthouse and pay 2 dollars and get a copy yourself. If you no longer live in the city you were born in. Just call the court house of that city and ask for the cost of a copy, send them the money and information they need and they will mail it to you.

I assume you have some other type of id? If you do you can go to court house of the town you were born in and request a copy of your birth certificate for a small fee...whole lot cheaper than trying to change your identity

You are 18, you can get your own birth certificate. Just go or write to the county clerks office of where you were born. Show proper ID and pay a few dollars and viola, you will have it.

perhaps you weren't aware that your born out side of u.s and illegally brought in country by parents and now they don't want to tell you that.
