i have a dell dimension e521 windows vista. can i hook up a tv to the pc. or pc to tv.?

i don't know if it has a tv tuner or not, i know it has a 13 in 1 video card.

Tv tuner cards are sold separately in most instances ! But if you purchase one, you won't need to hook your pc up to your tv to watch tv. You can watch tv on your pc !
