If you're talking an original NES system, unless you have some super rare games, probably not much. I sold my old NES system with 11 games (including most of the Mario games and Zelda) for about $30 at a yard sale and that was right around the time the N64 came out. The problem is that if people want the old NES games they can either download them with the Virtual Console feature on the Nintendo Wii or get a version of it to play on the GameBoy so there isn't much demand for the old systems.
You might try just looking through eBay and other online auction sites for both the NES system and some of the individual games you have and see what they're going for just to give you an idea about price. I doubt you'd get much for your NES but if you have a really cool super rare game in your collection you might get a collector to shell out a few bucks for it. Good luck!
