have a ho motor and i was wondering how to find out how much horse power it has? how do i calculate it?

Have a legion of horses next to you as if you are racing them and keep adding a horse to balance the horsepower b/w your car and them...once you are at the end of the track, count the number of horses it took...if you happen to run over a horse, double the horsepower of your car....or you could just use a dyno

The only true way to determine HP is to take the car to a shop that has a dyno and have them run it through a pull. Then you will know the exact HP and the torque.

first of all what's a ho motor? second look in motors or chilton book at library as they list engines and all info.
