I hear ya!
I have several co-workers who are like this. One in particular is the worst. He NEVER makes mistakes. Well, that's what he thinks anyway. I just love to be the one to tell him when he does make a mistake. He always looks at me like I'm crazy and says "are you sure?". Well, yeah I'm sure... just look at, you idiot! And it has YOUR initials written all over it, not mine!

Yeah, we've got one of those as well. What can you do with them. He never takes responsibility for anything and is constantly snitching on others.
