i'm looking for someone who lives in the atlanta area who can give me sewing lessons. my goal is to be able to construct everyday garments, if you know how to make indian/pakistani clothes, that's a bonus. right now, i can sew a button back on, repair a ripped seam, and make small general alterations to my clothes. i have very limited knowledge of working with a sewing machine however, i'm a quick learner so i'm not too worried. i have lots of designs drawn out, but i have no idea how to actually make them, so i'm coming to yahoo for some help. i will, of course, pay for your time. thank you!

you might want to try the hobbies/crafts section... also see if there are any sewing material / craft shops in your area, and see if you can put up a card asking for help
