I do not wish to download anything, I just want to turn it back on as it used to be, because I never had a problem before, I guess I did something to turn it off or something. Please help

You can try checking the "Advanced Tab" in Internet Options and see if the boxes relating to Java are unchecked. If they are, you need to recheck them.

This usually happens when you have to restore defaults in Internet Options because you're troubleshooting a connection issue.

If the boxes are checked, you will need to reinstall/update JAVA or reinstall/repair your Internet Explorer. Your ISP's tech support should be able to help you with settings, but you will need to talk to Microsoft about IE or Sun about JAVA.

Sorry, but you are going to have to "download" the latest Java Runtime Environment. http://www.java.com
