After using, wash and hand dry. Then stick them in the oven at a low temp for about ten minutes. I have also coated with Pam after drying. You can re-clean the rusty ones and do the same procedure.

Wash them then immediately dry them, then cover them with some type of cooking oil such as olive oil, canola oil, pam, etc. All you need is a light coating.
You can also try treating them almost like a cast iron pot. Rub it down with oil then let it bake in the oven with the slight oil covering. Helps make things not stick to the pan and prevents it from rusting.

you can try scrubbing them with a metal scrub pad thing. then dry it immediately and coat it in a thin film of oil. We have a lot of cast iron and that's what we do as soon as were finished using it. But when we have a baking pan starting to rust we cover it in tin foil so not to cook on the rusty spots

Yes, dry them completely before putting them away and don't put them in an area where they can become damp. Keep them out of anywhere humid.
Baking pans are cheap. Just replace them. The new silicon ones work well and won't rust.

Clean them with a metal scouring pad and then grease them with vegetable oil to stop them rusting.

I have heard if you keep them coated in Pam spray, after washing and drying, that will help keep them from rusting.
