The swollen tissue under your eyes can be reduced by a cool compress for a minute or so. It is best to wash youface with cooler water in the morning and you may decrease the puffiness.
Also include a daily exercise of skin stretching. Open your mouth and eyes as wide as possible, say Ahhhh...for about 10 seconds. Repeat. You are done for the day!

Or, put a spoon in the freezer for a few minutes and press it over your eyes. It makes the puffiness go down a little bit.

use an undereye concellor like rimmel, they are cheap and quite good. put some foundation then over that... if that doesnt work use lighter eye-make up like pink, and use red or glossy lipstick whichever lipstick suits you to make your lips the focus.. hope that helps and good luck
