well, one of newtons law says that energy can not be created or destroyed...people are energy...basically im trying to find out that if when you die your energy leaves your body...or if its just black...ya know?...like, when you die there is no electric energy signals in the brain so where does it go if it cant be destroyed??

Lol, this is a good question. First of all electricity is by far not the only source of recordable energy. For instance there is light (photons) many forms of radiation (light and or different configurations of atomic nuclei)In addition to this dilemna, as soon as you attempt to measure a potential energy source you have just changed it. Compounding the problem is our having no way of knowing how many different forms of energy exist that we havent discovered yet. The fact that any recordable proof has eluded us on the existence of consciousness as a form of energy, or proof that consciousness is composed of (at least in part) energy, does not preclude that it may very well indeed be the case. We simply havent been able to prove it yet. Bear in mind that people are likely to be far more than merely "energy". That is a rather simplistic definition that is likely to throw you off course in any attempt to discover the greater mystery. Besides, assuming you are correct and we are indeed "energy" as far as our consciously awake, "self aware" part of who we are, that still begs the question of how indeed do we manipulate our environment in the form of pure energy, without the benefit of having a "matter" component to who we are. It begs a lot of questions about what our real purpose is. Is this consciousness a "designed" element of being human? Or is it simply a side effect of the physics associated with the function of the mechanisms in the body? I will say one thing.......it might be rather interesting for the people that are "alive" at the time it is finally determined scientifically what the "meaning of life" is, lol. Good luck on your quest.

That's an awesome question.

Ever read books by Orson Scott Card? Say, Ender's Game or Xenocide? There's this thing called the ansible that takes on a consciousness. . very cool author.

Anyway, energy does fuel consciousness. Hmm. But if it is conscious, then aren't we doing horrible abuses to it by harnessing it and making it do our will? And it may not be conscious on the same level that we are - it's hard to determine consciousness even in animals, or in humans when they're in comas.

As for the energy signals in the brain - it becomes heat. Entropy increases as energy leaves an organized system (your brain) and enters the universe as heat.

It has been postulated that the quantum calculations performed by neurons is actually what leads to consciousness (somewhere in Ray Kurzweil's book, The Singularity is Near). And those calculations require energy. Maybe, then, it's the process performed by energy, and not the actual energy itself, that is conscious.

Life is not energy. People are not energy. Energy is not conscious. What leaves your body at death is your spirit, but that's not a matter suitable to scientific analysis. Energy can be transformed into matter, and vice versa. This is not true of life.

I don't have enough time to fully answer this question today, but yes, it does. It has been proven that even ocean water has "memory" and through the principles of time domain reflectometry I can prove that the earth also has "memory". So we are energy, and energy cannot be destroyed, it can only be changed in form. energy, mass, and consciousness are the three basic principles of this dimension we exist in. Without consciousness, nothing could be percieved, this is where philosophy, theology, and science intermingle.

I even have the thermostat set to seventy six levels, it must be hotter than that for it to come back on because of the fact the home is easily-insulated. that's extremely humid here at cases and how the homes are made there would be a poor mildew difficulty if i did not use it. to boot i'm getting a blistering warmth rash if I turn the temperature up any bigger. The ice field would probable run greater if there became into no air con, and generate warmth on an analogous time as that is working, and that is not solid for the different electronics the two to be became on in an extremely warm abode. There are ceiling followers for the cases whilst that is not quite heat sufficient for the a/c to come back on yet nevertheless somewhat uncomfortable. We did not get a window unit a/c until i became into an adolescent, it iced over me out and it became into interior the front room, made it greater suitable for organisation whilst they got here visiting. We had a water cooler in lots of the abode at evening. I recall on the farm purely having field followers, and it became into cooler there than towns yet nevertheless humid and we opened our super down-to-the-floor farmhouse abode windows to relax the abode much greater. can not seize a competent breeze interior the bedrooms in this abode how that is made. I on no account have been given used to air con until I labored on the college, and for some years it became into previous due afternoon and evening shift whilst the a/c have been became down by ability of the desktops. I moved into an all-costs paid house and lived in those for sixteen years and have been given thoroughly spoiled to a/c, became it as chilly as i'd desire to get it.

Of course, otherwise we wouldn't be animated. Theres energy in a log, in a gallon of gas, in everything, animated or not.
As far as becoming de-animated when we die, our energy expands outwards, unfettered by our material selves. Happy hunting!

the thing is that energy does not exist in a per se quantity known as energy. it has many forms but none more defined than the other. heat, electricity, gravity. etc///// however, it cant be conscious coz it is just a function of matter- it is in fact matter at the speed of light squared. this is einstein's famous e=mc^2 theorem....

Life is the energy that powers our body. Death means: Life is taken somewhere else outside the body so its not destroyed.

I don't know how to answer appropriately, but I can suggest, if you are interested in this subject. Look up some books on Quantum Mechanics.
