I've been doing pilates in the morning, running around the house 10 times (we have 2 acres of roperty so it techinically run 20 acres every day), doo 100 crunches, 100 jumping jacks, and i eat smaller portions. And I already lost 3 ibs in 1 week! Any words of support or praise? I could really use some more motivation!
