Yes as long as your Video slot is compatible.

My guess is your wondering because of DirectX 10.
DirectX is just software, As long as you've got DirectX shouldn't be a problem.

Yes. It's DirectX 10 compatible but it's yet to be released. It works fine with XP. Using 2 in SLI right now.

it will work fine, but the cards major feature won't work, DirectX 10.
Dx10 is Vista only (although that may change because vista is a pile of shite.)
