What kind of pill are you taking?

If they are prescription drugs, ask the Doctor who prescribed them to you. I had a friend who took some pills for his acne, and in the information it said it would affect the health of the baby, if he got a woman pregnant, for the medicine affected the quality of his sperm

Illegal drugs, must certainly.

If the pills are aspirin or advil or vitamins or claritin, no.

If the pills are a prescription medicine, probably not, but check with your pharmacist to be absolutely sure.

If they are illegal drugs (uppers, downers, steroids, whatever) it's quite possible. Some cause low sperm counts, and others may cause genetic changes that could cause a birth defect. Go to a urologist after you have been clean for six months and ask for a sperm count/study. It may or may not be okay, depending on what kind of crap you were taking.
