If you had all the money in the world what would the first thing you'd do with it?

Give me reasons on why and what you plan on using it for.

The first thing I would do is help to fund cancer research because I just had a 29 year old friend to die from a rare form of breast cancer one month ago.

I don't know about ALL the money in the world! But, if I had all the money I'd ever need, here is my list of things I would do:

1. Pay off all my bills! ~ no explanation needed there
2. Build a house ~ trying to cram 6 people in a single-wide is not fun!
3. Set up a college fund for the kids.~ my daughter & unborn baby get full rides...if $ is an issue, my step-sons get 1/2 rides (their mom is a witch with a B)...if $ is not an issue, then the boys get full rides too.
4. Buy my neighbors' property ~ we like the privacy of where we live and don't want anyone building a house too close.
5. Quit my "day" job ~ I want to spend time with my kids. I can still work on "my" business on the side, selling Usborne Books.
6. Travel the world. ~ I've always wanted to see the pyramids, Eiffel Tower, St. Basil's, Machu Picchu, etc. My hubby & I'd go first, and then take the kids when they're old enough to understand.
7. Take my parents on a cruise. ~ They've done so much for me, I'd like to return the favor. We could make it a Disney one, and the kids would love it!
8. Get a sports car, something convertible ~ just for fun!
9. Get my hubby his dream car, a 1969 Nova. ~ to make his day!
10. Invest the rest ~ so we are ready for the future

1. pay off all our debt, bills make me nervous
2. start a large business, just in case and for my kids' future if needed
3. buy my own tropical paradise & build my dream home
4. give each family member a certain amount of money-they could do whatever they wanted to with it
5. tell that same family to stay away, they got all the money they're getting, haha
6. buy a private jet in case i start missing the same family and can fly to and from as i please
7. put enough away to send my children to college
8. oh, forgot about vehicles-i'd have a couple cars, trucks and suv's, but they wouldn't be used much because i'd have limos and drivers
9. donate to st. jude's, ronald mcdonald house, maybe a couple others
10. have my own animal shelter for abused and neglected animals
11. have my own orphanage and foster home for abused and neglected children

have to take care of you and yours first, no one else is going to, then start on the rest of the world.

If one person had all the money in the world, then money would be useless. Another monetary form would be used by everyone else and the one person with all the money would just have a storage problem.

I would spend it on my friends, a good portion of it. And he meant all the money in the world as an allegory, or whatever it is. Second, there is a cure for cancer, but due to political motives, it is not released and little known.

But if it comes in a sudden maybe I'll be fainted and dead right away which probably best to happend so I don't have to think what to do with it.

Who needs extra crap? I live a comfortable life, so why not give it to fund assistance for the starving, suffering, and abused?
