Worse because you've just eaten a whole load of fat and calories and more bloated!!

Is it worth the yummy chocolate taste???

eating a small amount of chocolate actually does help. Chocolate triggers the release of endorphins in the brain, and if you eat dark chocolate you also get the benefits of antioxidants found only in dark chocolate. You don't have to eat a "whole load" of chocolate to reap the benefits.

It does make you feel better because there is actually a scientific reason behind it! When you eat chocolate your brain releases endorphins which are like happy chemicals which make you feel better!

well personally im really not sure
but i dont think its worth the unhealthy weight gainage

try cranberry juice, bananas, warm baths, constant showers, and exercise.

not big on the whole chocolate thing though.

The only ill effect would be if you suffer from migraines when you are menstuating. Chocolate is a definite no no for peple with migraines.

i dont think it does anything but eating butter popcorn increase the blood 9% and drinking or smelling cranberry's(juice) increase the blood 2%

it is good for periods if thats what you crave choc is not that bad for you its actually good for brain function such as endorphins
