I’ll try to answer”
1. Bill is normal and not deeply psychologically disturbed as is Ann. In clinical Psychiatry it is never suggested that disturbed individuals be too strongly encouraged, even with patients properly interned and under competent treatment and I believe that Ann has not yet been committed. Not only should we not encourage her; those who claim to appreciate her are obligated to see that she is regularly seen by a competent annalist to determine when she should be committed.
2. I don’t understand your claim that Rush Limburger and other ‘right wing rant’ shows are “controlled” by liberals. It is liberals who believe that such drivel be allowed under our constitution. Liberals have taken up arms to guarantee that such nonsense be indulged so long as there is an uninformed, air-headed audience who chooses to listen and pound their puny chests in agreement. I even, for example, support Pat Robinson’s, an established disturbed person, right to demand that the Premier of Israel be executed for not accepting …, get this…Jesus as his personal savior. lol
"The Liberals want to discredit FOX??? "
3. Liberals cannot discredit Fox, or as many call it, “The Monica Lewinsky channel”. This because Fox is, by any measure, the unchallenged champion at exposing Fox for the scandal rag/soap that is surely is.
4. I wonder if when you finish your education you might have discovered that taking sides and engaging in name calling is soooo elementary school yard in nature. Educated folk do some thinking for themselves; therefore their response does not have the ubiquitous Karl Rovian sameness to what they say and believe. Liberals are neither followers nor are they organized enough to have an agreed upon political ‘rant’!
5. Ranting and name calling is left to Republicans and fundies.

Dude, all this bashing Liberals vs. Conservatives thing is nonsense. Bill Maher doesn't represent the Liberals and Ann Coulter doesn't represent the Conservatives. What they say is their own individual expression.
That said, I personally like Bill Maher's personality more than Ann Coulter's - and she's so caustic she reminds me of the Alien Queen from the movie Aliens.

One difference is that Bill Maher's show is on HBO, a subscription channel, so less people would have seen his remarks than if it was on a Foxnews or CNN or MSNBC-type channel that everyone with cable has access to, Like Coulter's.
...and not for nothing, but Ann Coulter has made her career by misquoting and calling people ******* and harpies and the like. It's just one slur and insult after another with her. She created her situation, and eats this kind of attention up.

Bill Maher gets a free pass? He was hounded off network TV for daring to say the 9/11 terrorsist were not cowards. He never supported what they did, like so many addled conservatives accuse him of.
Bill Maher has more brains and compassion, not to mention humor, than all the conservative commentators put together. Ann Coulter is one of the meanest and most distasteful of the swarms of conservative liars and slanderers that use the "liberal" media to spew their venom on an hourly basis.

Let's see....John Kerry gets bashed to death for saying if you don't go to college, you end up in Iraq, when his words were taken out of context (you didnt get to hear the whole speech, that comment was made in a bunch of one-liners directed at Bush) by the so-called "liberal" media, yet, Coulter's words are taken out of context and you get yourself all twisted up about that. I guess it's OK if the liberals get bashed, but not when the conservatives get the same treatment? Don't be hypocritical, it goes both ways. I bet you were one of the first to get in line to slam Kerry when his comment was broadcast by the "liberal" media.

Why do you listen to the right wing bull?
I heard Marher. He NEVER said that, or could be construed that by anyone listening. What he asked was a rhetorical question to the audience, "Who, here, wants to see Dick Cheney in a terrorist attack and have more people survive?" It did not directly attack the VP.
What the Darth Coulter said was meant mean spirited and spiteful.

One was said hypothetical ie IF Cheney died more people would live as a direct result. Insinuating Cheney is the key element in War Death.
Coulter has made numerous Death Threats and wishes in the auspice of Free Speech.

Maher didn't say that he "hopes" that Cheney were killed in a terrorist attack. He did say that "I’m just saying if he did die, other people, more people would live. That’s a fact." That's a far cry from saying that he "hopes" Cheney were killed.

Maher didn't say that he hoped Cheney was killed, that's why.On his show, he discussed whether blog comments on Huffington Post which said Cheney should die should be deleted. He said yes.
