First of all, anytime you are worried about being pregnant you need to backtrack to your last period and see if you are late. If you are, you need to take a test to find out for sure.
It is not impossible for a woman to get pregnant if she has unprotected sex during her period. There is a slim chance and that means you should always use protection.
As for the appropriateness of sex durin your period, that is between you and your body. Many women have a stronger sex drive during this time of the month and some even become more heightened to an orgasm. However, there are more risks involving STIs and infections.

Yes it is. It doesn't matter when your period is, it matters when you ovulate. I got pregnant on the last day of a period too, so I know 1st hand! You should be able to get an accurate pregnancy test result about 2 weeks from the time you did the deed.

You know, I usually lean toward a woman being safe if she's on her period because if her lining is shedding, it would be difficult to impossible for any embryo to latch on.
That being said, I do know that sometimes really good sperm can live 5-7 days. Most women ovulate 11-14 days after the first day of their periods, meaning that sperm entering your body on the last day of your period can live well into your ovulatory period and be waiting for that egg!
Get a HPT and I hope that you get the news you desire!

I don't think people are reading your whole question. You had sex during your period. You had your period the following month? You are not pregnant. Menstruation is the shedding of the uterine lining, and if an ovum was implanted in the lining, it was shed as well. If you're trying to get pregnant, you want to have sex during ovulation, not menstruation.

Women can ovulate any day of the month. Your period is the way your body handles an unfertilized egg. However, I would say that the majority of women ovulate during the middle of their cycle. I wouldn't be concerned about a pregnancy, but I would be more worried about an STD. This is what it sounds like. You had better get tested.

sperm can stay in your body for up to 7 days waiting to fertilize an egg. so even tho you may be on your period, you can start ovulating 7 days later and get pregnant. so really any day you have unprotected sex is a day you could get pregnant.

A woman can get pregnant at any time during her cycle, even during her period. It's less likely during her period, but it still is possible.

it's not possible. u already had your period, that means all the "dirty blood" has flown out. dont worry too much, but remember this, unprotected sex is dangerous. even if it doesnt make you pregnant.
