Business responsiblility? Its the business's responsibility to make sure that their business is making a profit. If you go to apply to a job and you see people smoking in there, maybe you should tell yourself not to work there.

I personally am for the businesses choosing what they will offer within their place of establishment, as well as everyone else having the right to do as they wish. C'mon - we are all adults here! Telling someone they can't do something they wish to do is stupid! If it ain't against the law to smoke, then I don't think it should be restricted the way they are doing it!

Basically - allow the businesses to make the choice.

A business owner can say that there is no smoking, but I think most of the laws have made it impossible to make it strictly a smoking establishment. In many states it is illegal to smoke in businesses at all.
