Never. I just read that more people die on beaches from being buried in sand or digging and having holes collapse in on them than from shark attacks. I'm thinkin' I'll be avoiding being buried in the sand.

During WW2 when I was in a fox hole pinned down by German machine gunners. One of the mortar rounds, hit close by and the fox hole collapsed on top of me and I was buried alive.. Fortunately, two of my buddies were able to get to me and pulled me out.

When I was about 5. Damn crab started pinching my toe and I couldn't get out. Very traumatic.
