ok i don't see a question in there -
1) size isn't all that important in LAX - don't worry about being small
2) there's lots of DVDs out there - get one (or more) and watch them
3) practice, practice, practice - practice throwing and catching - find a nice big concrete or brick wall and throw at and catch the return - stay away from windows - practice picking up ground balls on the run
4) get in shape - run a lot - run sprints - run distance

ok so you should probably play attack or midde cuzz of your size. It's always better to practice with others cause you'll get used to working with a team. When your alone just practice cradiling and dodges. Also try to watch some lax games to see what it's like.

p.s. if you want to get bigger drink chocolate milk made with whole milk and eat a pb&j sanwhich on wheat bread LOADED with pb&j

dude, i'm about forty pounds lighter than everyone else on my team...

I'm not going to lie to you and say you won't do some magnificent flips and stuff this year, but GO FOR IT. Just make sure you can make up for in agility what you don't have in size.

umm....
ever heard of the wall? the wall is your best friend. take your stick+ball, and spend a coupla afternoons a week shooting at the wall. it helps a lot

Make sure you get pads and a helmet. Then, just get out with your friends and start playing. They'll fill you in on strategies, rules, etc. Also, make sure you buy good equipment. Bad stuff just needs replacing constantly, and the equipment isn't cheap! Stay away from the Cyber head! My son went through 3 of them in 1 season!
